In case you had trouble accessing your free 30-day trial for the Waking Up app to hear my “Explorations of Being”--
I've learned from folks at Waking Up that there was a slight typo in the first link to the series (it appeared to work fine, but then upon activating the trial it doesn't actually begin). They've now fixed it on the back end so that original link should be working now. The trial only works for new users, so that could also be part of the problem, but if you contact support@wakingup.com, you will definitely get the 30-day trial even if you have had a trial before. The second link I provided, to my bio page, was fine. But if you're having problems of any kind with the links, contact their support team.

ARTWORK BY MATTHEW BEDE MURPHY
New Series Explorations of Being by Joan Tollifson
In Explorations of Being, Joan Tollifson offers a series of contemplations designed to help us investigate—and experience for ourselves—the "seamless, boundless, evanescent, all-inclusive nature" of awareness.
“You are simply hearing, seeing, breathing, sensing—with no center, no edges,” she says. When we embrace that simplicity, “something opens up: a felt sense of aliveness, fluidity, spaciousness, presence.”
Part 1 is now available, and includes the following sessions:
Introduction
Simply Being
Exploring Present Experience
Coming to Our Senses
The Importance of the Body
Attention and Awareness

Hi Joan! I re-subscribed to Waking Up this morning. I had let my subscription lapse - got tired of Sam going on and on about "where is your head". Anyhow, I 'got off it' as they used to say in the est training, which I am pretty sure you must have done.....there are so many great things on there including your new stuff. xoxo
