Joan, “open attention and intelligent inquiry” - yes - pay attention to what moves around us and through us and be curious. Thank you.

Good start for the day. the question at the beginning "Can you feel it?" of the outpouring stopped me in my tracks and started my day with openers instead of conjectures.

"Allowing" things "to dissolve naturally in its own time" made my fist open and relax. I took a deep breath here, feeling my tensions and expectations. It all belongs. This time your writing went deeper.

Thanks Joan. This is a helpful centering reflection as a new week begins and fills the “sabbath” time of rest and community. Will keep it in my pocket. 💫
