I find more and more that I have no idea what this is all about and just try to surrender to the unfolding of every moment. Krisnamurti said - the known is but a barque upon the ocean of the unknown - so I figure I should just let go and float.

Listened to Neelam (loved it - she is so calm....) and started the older gentleman from England while walking home from the store in the wind with leaves flying around....have shared it with someone who doesn't meditate (that I know of) as she is an artist. Thank you for this!!
