I think the app undersells the "Introductory Course". In my experience, if anyone had any interest in this, I would say, that introductory course could very well be the beginning and end of anything you need to point at what we're pointing to. Great stuff. Good job, Sam.

The sound on ocean waves - my new kitten settles right down on my chest listening to Sam's voice and the waves.....you can turn the volume of the background sounds up or down. If you are in a hot place with no rain in sight, do the RAIN one....it's beautiful. Sending love to all.

I started listening to Waking Up in March 2020, at the start of the shutdown of San Francisco during the pandemic.
The Daily Meditation on the app helped me to “maintain my sanity” during that strange and stressful period.
