Hello Joan , sending you enormous love in these turbulent days ! I enjoy your articles so much! Silence and non action / non reaction is part of the way. The Tao. I’m just listening to the birds chatter as I write to you. Peace and love sister ! 😘

Thank you again, Joan. Your transparency influences me to be peaceful through the dark and confusing times, versus the analysis or struggle which has historically only aggravated and prolonged them.

Often the cure simply requires a good nights sleep. Take care of yourself Joan.

The article I'd written but didn't publish today was titled "No End to Problems: the beauty of life as it is," and it included a quote from one of my Zen teachers, (Charlotte) Joko Beck, who said of our problems and difficulties, “What makes it unbearable is your mistaken belief that it can be cured.” And when I said, "I’ve felt pulled in some radically different directions lately," that was in reference to different spiritual directions, not the different inner weather I've also been experiencing in recent days. But a good night's sleep is always a blessing. Anyway, thank you for your good wishes. 🙏
