It’s remembering not to be afraid of my own shadow, the imaginary knots you mention. “Is it possible for this to end completely right now?” ‘Worry ye not’ floated into my mind yesterday! And, blow me down, I was back in the middle of the country lane I was walking. The whole thing is looking and feeling more and more like Alice in Wonderland. Thank you very much for your posts.

Thank you for your generous encouragement Joan, with one finger.

Over the past week or so I have been playing with saying "Yes" to everything that comes to my awareness, even the less pleasant sensations, thoughts, images, etc. - and life feels lighter.

What lovely writing Joan! I want to say ‘Beauty and Truth’ but that would suggest that I know what Truth is- something inside, so strong, resonates with this though… joe X

Pir Elias Amidon recently wrote, "How is it to BE what is happening?" As you are saying, how is it when we let go of controlling, allow the sense of separation to dissolve? For me, right now, it's just the wonder of the earth turning again toward the sun and my world filling with light. Thank you for describing the still, open, infinite, unconditional love beneath the sound and the fury.

Hey Joan - yes:

It all emerges unbidden, and there is no-thing to do or not do.

If - despite the impossibility of capturing the fullness of what is in words - we do, indeed "have to say something"....these two clauses suffice. Nothing extra. I wish you well.

Typing this now with one finger. Can’t think of a sufficient word to express how amazing it is that you can give so much that way. ❤️❤️❤️💕

I type very fast with one finger. Writing just pours out. My problem is always saying too much, not too little. 😎

LOL. I was considering writing a comment about appreciating the length of this post, but held back because it felt a bit snarky, somehow. So I got a chuckle out of the universe spinning out this thread. 😄
